Clear, transparent answers regarding our construction processes, policies, and capabilities.

We handle a wide spectrum of projects including bespoke residential builds, commercial developments (offices, retail, industrial), property refurbishments, and complete architectural design services. We manage projects from £100,000 up to multi-million-pound developments.

HK KONSTRUCT is registered and headquartered in the UK, adhering to British construction and legal standards. Our operations in Ghana are managed with the exact same rigor, using our UK-based architectural and project management frameworks executed by our trusted local and expat teams.

Yes. Our architectural and planning team handles the entire pre-construction regulatory process. We submit planning applications, coordinate with local authorities, and ensure all designs comply fully with building control regulations before construction begins.

Following an initial consultation and review of architectural drawings, we provide a detailed, itemised Bill of Quantities. We believe in complete transparency—our quotes outline material costs, labour, project management fees, and contingencies so there are no hidden surprises.

Absolutely. HK KONSTRUCT LTD holds comprehensive Contractors All Risks insurance, Public Liability, and Employer’s Liability insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates are available to clients upon request prior to contract signing.

Yes. All our structural work is covered by long-term guarantees (typically 10 years, depending on the nature of the build), and we provide a standard 12-month defects liability period during which we will return to rectify any snagging issues free of charge.

Timelines vary drastically based on project scope, planning permission delays, and weather. A residential extension might take 12-16 weeks, while a new commercial build could take 12-18 months. We provide a binding project schedule during the contract phase.

Every project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who acts as your single point of contact. They oversee the site manager, coordinate trades, manage the supply chain, and provide you with weekly progress reports.

We operate on a phased valuation basis. Payment schedules are tied to specific, verifiable project milestones (e.g., groundworks complete, watertight phase, first fix). We never ask for full payment upfront.

You can start by filling out the form on our Contact page or calling our office. We’ll arrange an initial consultation to discuss your vision, followed by a site visit if required, before preparing a preliminary estimate.
